We have been featured in the catalogue and exhibition, currently showing, until April 2019, at The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London.

We have been appointed to design an extension for a converted barn in Oxfordshire.

SMR have secured a challenging consent for the front and rear extensions of a property in Grafton Road, Kentish Town.

SECURED PLANNING CONSENT
SMR have been granted consent for another single-family house in Hampstead, London. The consent granted over 5500 square feet of additional floor area, to total 7900 sq. ft of living space. The garden of this family home extends a further 93 feet from the new decking.
